Delivery
All carriage is automatically calculated and you will see the total cost before committing to buy. When we ship your order, we will notify you to let you know it's on its way. A signature will be required upon delivery so that we know your order has arrived safe and sound.
Shipping (UK)
Postage within the UK will be provided by Royal Mail.
Shipping (Export)
Postage to Ireland, Europe and Rest of the World will be provided by either Royal Mail or DHL (this is our usual shipping partner, however other couriers may be used).
This a fully tracked service and you will receive a tracking number once we have shipped.

From 29th August, a new 10% U.S. tariff comes into effect on goods from the UK. Here’s what that means for you:
No surprise fees: We’re covering the tariff upfront, so you won’t be asked to pay extra when your order arrives.
Prices stay the same (for now): We want to keep things steady during wedding season. Once we know more about how delivery companies handle this change, we’ll review our pricing.
Looking ahead: This is a time of change, and while we’re hopeful everything will run smoothly, we can’t guarantee there won’t be bumps along the way. What we can promise is that we’ll keep you updated and do everything we can to make sure your Belfast-made neckwear reaches you without surprises.

Standard UK shipping is free for all orders over £100.
Standard International shipping to the CAN/USA & ROI is free for all orders over £150.

Notice
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Estimated delivery times
UK customers - Orders should be with you within 1 - 3 working days after dispatch. European customers – Orders shipped by Standard Shipping should be with you within 5 – 7 working days after dispatch. Rest of World customers – Orders shipped by Standard Shipping should be with you within 7 - 10 working days after dispatch.
Gifts
If you have specified that you order contains a gift, we will use plain packaging and there will be no clues on the delivery packaging to suggest what is inside.
