Returns
We really hope you love your items but, if for some reason you need to return the order, we’re here to help. We have set out our returns policy below.
If you want to return an order you must contact us within 14 days after receiving the order, this must be done in writing (including email).

The order must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase and the items must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unused, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. In the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, your statutory rights apply.
Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred). Returns to be sent to:

Please include your name and order number and mark returned packages as 'RETURNED GOODS'. This helps us avoid unnecessary custom charges and speeds up the returns process.
The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. We recommend you use registered delivery and keep a receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for orders lost or damaged in transit by a third party and so you will be liable for any damage or loss.
